Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refun​

7. Confirmation of Order

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail to the email address which you provide in the order process confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.​
 

8. Returns and Exchanges​
 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds on any products purchased from our Website, your statutory rights are not affected. Exchanges will be honored any time within 7 working days of receipt of your purchase on none used or customer damaged items (statutory rights are not affected).

 

When you return your goods for an exchange, please retain proof of posting from your shipped, otherwise we cannot be held responsible for any item that fail to reach us. Please contact us on madammebk@gmail.com for exchanges.

In the event of an exchange, MADAMME BK does not accept any liability, and will not refund you, for any currency charges levied by your bank or credit card provider on the initial purchase or for any difference in the buying and selling exchange rates for currency used by your bank or credit card provider.​  

 

Delivery fee of return or exchanged product: - MADAMME BK will only pay the delivery cost from MADAMME BK warehouse to the clients address. We offer free shipping to all countries, however it is the clients charge the shipping cost of sending the parcel back to our warehouse. MADAMME BK will only refund the full amount of the product purchased at the online store www.madammebk.com

9. Wrong address

MADAMME BK is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to MADAMME BK due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, THE SECOND shipping  will be charged 10 euros.

If client wants refund after the first attempted delivery with our free shipping, refund will be made with -12 euros from the original order.

Stolen / Missing Package Policy

MADAMME BK promises to ship your order and inform you of a way to track your delivery in a timely manner. However, MADAMME BK will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with POSTnL, LAPOSTE, BPOST and file a police report if necessary. MADAMME BK will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
